About:
Fast despite their enormous size, they've -been clocked at speeds of 30 miles per hour.
Behavior is territorial, maternal.
Diet includes salmon, berries, nuts.
Living in forest and mountains throughout northern North America, Europe and Asia, brown bears are the most widely distributed bear species in the world. They feed on a large variety of foods and their diets change according to seasons and location. These bears feed intensively from spring to autumn in order to put on enough weight to last them through their winter dormancy.
