A self-trained baker with bold instincts for everything alternative, I spent countless hours blending bagsful of crazy flour to create ridiculously delicious cookies using natural ingredients. My vision was to make great-tasting treats everyone could enjoy, whether they are gluten free or just wanting to eat more naturally.
