With a delicate Japanese broth that's completely vegan, combined with premium, fresh cooked udon noodles and tofu, bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms, we can declare that umami has been achieved. We believe in the importance of doing business in a sustainable way and being kind to the earth. Our bowls are made partially from cornstarch, a renewable resource, in an effort to source sustainably. We also use 100% recycled cardboard for the outer sleeve and eliminated the shrink wrap around the bowl in an effort to minimize unnecessary packaging. We continue to search for even better methods and materials everyday to make sure that we are proactively doing our part to protect the earth.
